The TRUE TSXa features a unique Core Drive™ system where the primary crank is centered under the user for superior balance and stability. This breakthrough technology creates a natural striding motion that isn’t possible with traditional front or rear drive elliptical machines.

The TSXa is the only elliptical machine that offers an upper body-only workout - made possible by side steps that allow the user to step off of the foot pedals and isolate the arm, chest and shoulders.
