People who are interested in fitness are naturally competent, bright and inquisitive. Well, we may be a little biased; but, just in case you have a question about your TRUE Fitness product, we’ve taken the initiative to offer up some of the most Frequently Asked Questions – and the answers, too, of course.
If you purchase a unit from a dealer that is not in you area, you may be charged for extra travel from your local service provider.
Your TRUE Fitness warranty will still cover your parts warranty although you may have shipping charges on these parts. TRUE Fitness does not cover labor outside of the United States or Canada.
Your warranty does not cover preventive maintenance, tread belt adjustments or tensioning your tread belt.
If service is provided by an unauthorized dealer your warranty could be jeopardized. If damage occurs during install or move your warranty could be voided. For more information please contact your local service provider or TRUE Fitness.
If your dealer goes out of business your TRUE Fitness manufacturer warranty is still valid. You can do a dealer look up on our website or contact TRUE Fitness.
This is a certification tag not a serial number tag. See the FAQ that explains how to find your serial number.
Product warranties vary. Please see you warranty card, or owners manual.
If you would happen to move to a different state or Canada your TRUE Fitness Manufacture warranty will still be covered, with your zip code you can do a look up.
